"He's Our You"

Jed is spitting fire towards this Sayid centric episode of LOST - Cara attempts to add some positive points to a frustrating discussion of "He's Our You."

  1. Another Great Epi, a B+... But....

I was so disappointed with Sawyer in this epi. He was so weak. He has his old gang back together, he should've started planning in getting them together to take over the DI. Jin should have shot Radzinsky when they found Sayid last week, or this week Sawyer should have brought Jack, Kate, Juliet and Jin with him when they took Sayid to Oldham and over powered them, that would have made lots of Lost fans very happy. Sorry but I feel this war thats coming will be between 3 groups and the survivors will be on their own. Whatcha think?

  2. The disappointing element of this episode (well, one of them at least) was the in-action of Jack/Kate/Hurley and the Dharma-Losties. I can sort of see that living 3 years with these people can create a strong friendship - and the returning Losties are old friends you spent a summer with... but leaving Sayid to rot in the jail?

I did expect them to band together and get him out. Sawyer's in-action during Sayid's tell all LCD trip was really bad as well.

The war is still unknown to me - I don't quite know what to make of that.

I will say this - LOST needs to shape up its storytelling. The flashbacks were lazy - Sayid's character is a mess and is not going anywhere (could say the same for Kate and Jack) - the story is stuck in neutral.

Here's to hoping things get moving again.

  3. p.s. Is "in-action" the proper way to say "doing nothing?" I've been out of school too long.

  4. I totally agreed with your review of He's our you. The cat in the beginning was cute, the choking of the chicken line was hilarious. I to was yawning most of the way through...not your podcast the show itself. The last scene was good but not enough to change the grade I give it a C as well.

  5. Great show guys! I loved the kitty at the beginning :) I liked how you interspersed the video clips in with you both talking, it was fun to watch. I had to hit stop though when you started talking about next week since I don't like to know what's coming up next. I look forward to watching more episodes from you guys, keep up the good work!
